Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund on full price items.
  • CLEARANCE items are NON REFUNDABLE
  • Please request a return by completing our CONTACT page leaving a reason for return/exchange and contact email address.  We will then contact you via email with a return address.
  • We will refund the price you purchased your item at.
  • Please note that items must be returned within 7 working days in an unworn,
    unused, unmarked condition with all original tags still attached.
  • Please be careful when trying on your items! We cannot accept returns on
    soiled items. Ensure all tags are intact and the item is in original
    condition. All goods will be inspected on return
  • Any unwanted items must be returned to Tallulah Belle Fashion in a saleable condition.  Unfortunately any returns which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach Tallulah Belle Fashion, so please  make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way! Ensure you cross out any original addresses that could confuse the postman.
  • We can't issue a refund until we have received your item, so we recommend using a recorded delivery service that you can track.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Tallulah Belle Fashion do not currently offer prepaid returns labels.  We recommend that you return your items via a recorded method so that you can track the whereabouts should there be a delay.
  • Please allow the Tallulah Belle Fashion team 5 working days to process your return & refund after it has reached our premises. 
  • If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery.  This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange.  However if you do choose to use a standard service which means your order cannot be tracked, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
  • Please ensure that you check your Paypal account to make sure that your address is correct.  Tallulah Belle Fashion is not responsible for packages getting sent to the wrong/old address.

 

  • EXCHANGE - As we cannot hold stock we recommend that you return your unwanted item to us for a full refund and reorder the style & size you want as a new separate order.  This is to guarantee you get the style & size you want but also it is much quicker for you the customer.
International Orders

These services take from 2 to 5 working days, depending on your destination country.
We send via DHL, Fedex and DPD and the parcel will usually transfer to the national postal service when it enters the destination country.
These are tracked services and require a signature on arrival.
You will receive a tracking number via e-mail and text message letting you know the status of you parcel.
Please note - International orders may be subject to import duties. Please check your country's import charges.
NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY: £4.99
All orders to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man are shipped via Royal Mail.
This is a 3-5 day service and will require a signature on arrival.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND DELIVERY: £9.99
We send to the Republic of Ireland with Interlink Express.
This service arrives 3-5 working days after the day of despatch.
This is a tracked service and requires a signature on arrival.
You will receive a tracking number via e-mail and text message letting you know the status of your parcel.
